Personal Trainer - Inquiry

These two weeks, for inquiry with Mr. Ogilvie we have been working on the training of athletes. In this DLO I have created a schedule wich focuses on all of the key skills needed in sports. These are agility, strength, and endurance.

  1. Excellent work Zeba. A great deal of effort had gone in to this, and it looks great. Really good instructions given, and a good balance between the disciplines. The pictures are appropriate, but you could add images to demonstrate what or how to do the activity.
