Olympics Artwork
To create this piece of artwork our class had to work collaboratively or else none of us would be finished. This challenge was set for us to work collaboratively to show sportsmanship. Sportsmanship is one of the big things that are used in the Olympics wich is why we created this piece of artwork. Before we were able to move onto the next step we had to help our classmates so that no one was left behind. First, we grabbed some shapes and drew them on a piece of newsprint and then when we had our final design transferred the design to proper paper were we would be colouring in pastel with. We choose a colour and then found different shades by using different pastels or blending them in to make darker or lighter colours.when our athlete had been printed we glued it on a piece of black paper, cut it out and then took the paper off. With that piece of paper, we glued it onto our artwork. It thinks it looks amazing in our classroom and like very colourful when they are displayed.
